Moving out?

We're sorry to see you go!


To move out, please follow these steps:


  1. Send us an email (kvillageusc@gmail.com) including your
    Name:
    Building and Unit #:
    Move-out date:
    Forwarding address:

  2. Within 2 business days, you should receive an email requesting information about your move-out. To receive your security deposit as quickly as possible, open this email and enter your bank account information (please look under "Contact Us" on the left-side menu).

  3. Text us (937-729-3392) to confirm a date and time to hand over your keys (and any remotes, gate openers, permits, etc.), on a weekday between 10-12pm or 2-4pm.
    Or, you may hide your keys, remotes, permits, etc. in the kitchen (e.g. on top of the refrigerator or in a cabinet) on the day you move out and text us a picture and description of the location.

You should receive your security deposit within 21 days.


EX-TENANT REFERRAL BONUS:
