To move out, please follow these steps:

(If you would prefer to receive your deposit by ACH bank transfer, please mention this in your email and we will try to do so.) - Text us (937-729-3392) to confirm a date and time to hand over your keys (and any remotes, gate openers, etc.), on a weekday between 10-12pm or 2-4pm.
Or, you may hide your keys and remotes in the kitchen (e.g. in the refrigerator or in a cabinet) on the day you move out and text us a picture and description of the location.
You should receive your security deposit within 21 days.
EX-TENANT REFERRAL BONUS:
Please keep us in mind if you know anybody who might want to move in! Tell them to email or text us and mention your name.
